  • USERS AFFECTED:
    Users that compile with -q64 and optimization and have a
    specific shift pattern that could be a rotate may be affected by
    this issue.
    
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    The optimizer failed to detect opportunity to use a rotate
    instruction in 64-bit mode.
