Local fix

• One needs to specify -Xjit:disableLocalVP,disableGlobalVP to
  work around the crash.
  

Problem summary

• JVM crashes with exit codes of 255 or 3221225477. The crash
  occurs in one of the optimizations jit performs. Namely, one
  could try to specify -Xjit:disableLocalVP,disableGlobalVP to
  avoid the crash
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:

  The JVM has been updated to prevent the crash from occurring.
