Problem summary

  • The problem is caused due to inconsistent use of
allocation/deallocation routines while retrieving the classpath
during JVM initialization.

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
6.0.0 SR12
6.0.1 SR4
.
The JDK has been updated to prevent the crash from occurring by
ensuring that allocation/deallocation happens via OS APIs while
retrieving the classpath during JVM initialization.
