Problem summary

  • -Xcheck:memory:noscan option is ignored while reallocating
    memory, which causes memory corruption.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.1 SR4
    7.0.0 SR3
    .
       -Xcheck:memory:noscan option is handled properly for
    reallocation of memory and does not corrupt memory.
