Problem summary


    

  • In the case where an uncaught OutOfMemoryError occurs due to
insufficient object heap memory, Java attempts to print a
message and stack trace and fails again because of lack of
memory, failing to print any message or stack trace.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
5.0.0 SR15
.
    The change reduces the chance of a recursive
OutOfMemoryError but does not eliminate the possibility
