We are currently using Tririga Professional Edition ver.7.6 and we have had an ongoing issue with the Tririga Get.Facilities web based work request application. The load time for the status page that displays the associated work requests/ work orders increases dramatically as the number of work orders increases. There is currently no way to filter the status of the work orders to be displayed (i.e. Open, Closed, Terminated, All). It has become almost unusable for users that have hundreds of work orders. . Business impact ( BusImpact ) It has become almost unusable for users that have hundreds of work orders. Issue can be replicated and demonstrated at TRIRIGA
Work orders is now filtering out the completed works. Issue has been given to the customer and tested by customer support.
