• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ITNM 3.9 fp1
  
  Login or authorization failure using Webtools when attempting a
  manual connection.   If an auto login attempt is made the
  webtool is successful

Local fix

• An auto login attempt will work.   Do not untick the box
  and manually enter the username and password if a special
  character is contained.
