Problem summary
The trace formatter only allowed the timezone offset to be specified in hours.
Problem conclusion
This defect will be fixed in: 7.0.0 SR3 6.0.1 SR4 . The timezone option has been enhanced to allow hours and minutes to be specified: -timezone=+<HAT>00-HH:MM Specifies the offset from UTC, as positive or negative hours and minutes, to apply when formatting timestamps.
