Local fix

• Avoid using the IBM_JAVA_HEAPDUMP_TEST or IBM_JAVA_HEAPDUMP_TEXT
  environment variables.
  The preferred mechanism for controlling the production of
  Heapdumps is the JVM option: -Xdump:heap.
  

Problem summary

• Problem is caused when the JVM processes the
  IBM_JAVA_HEAPDUMP_TEST or
  IBM_JAVA_HEAPDUMP_TEXT environment variables.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
