• The documentation on Active Directory needs clarification and
  simplification as customers are finding it difficult to
  understand and work through, e.g.
  
  - The product now has eWAS ISC and there are places where it
  would be simpler to use it than wsadin/jacl
  
  - There's no explanation as to the required group/role mappings
  that are being met by the steps.
  
  The documentation is also missing the steps that map the
  required roles to the "PBCM" application.
