IV29561: EXEC PROBE REMAINS RUNNING WHEN ITS SPAWNED PROCESS STOPS

• When a child process, as defined by the ExecCommand, exits the
  Exec probe does not shut down and remains running.
  
  The probe only issues the heartbeat and never tries to
  reconnect.
  This causes new events not to be read.
