Error description
When running test cases in 32 bit mode that make use of large OpenMP thread counts, the resulting binary produces one of the following issues: * Illegal instructions * Segmentation violations * Internal errors reported by MPI (e.g. ERROR: 0032-117 User pack or receive buffer is too small (22960) in MPI_Recv ) * Internal errors reported by the application.

Users Affected: Users who have test cases that make use of large OpenMP thread counts are potentially affected by this issue. Problem Description: The internal implementation of certain OpenMP tasks were missing a lock and was optimized incorrectly.
Problem conclusion
The OpemMP has been fixed.
