Error description
When expanding some of the product on the Manage Software Inventory panel, the following error appears: CODDB3013E The console could not connect to the server. Ensure that you have run the login command to authenticate to the server. The isssue ocurrs only on selected products and when only 'PVU products' are displayed. Defect most likely in: com.ibm.license.mgmt.dao.swinv SoftwareInventoryInstanceLevelDAO

Problem summary
Problem was registered by only one customer. We have tried to reproduce it using customer's database backup, but after importing it and following customer's step we were not able to reproduce it. Currently customer is not able to reproduce that problem as well.
