  • Error Message: While investigating a customer problem, it was
    found that native API getBooleanAttributes shows little higher
    CPU usage from Java 6 SR7 onwards, when it is used extensively.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused because an internal native API was being
    invoked in getBooleanAttributes always even though the required
    criteria is not met.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR12
    6.0.1 SR4
    7.0.0 SR3
    .
    The JDK has been updated to ensure that the  internal native API
    will be invoked in getBooleanAttributes only when the required
    criteria is met.
