Problem summary

  • If javax.naming.ComposiyeName object is marshalled/demarshalled
between IBM and Oracle JDK, an exception is thrown due to
    defaultWriteObject being
called in IBM's implementation and not in Oracle's.

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR12
    6.0.1 SR4
