  Problem Description:
  In a situation with specified file path (unicode), file name
  (unicode) and last changed time < (local time - 1H) the Agent
  fails to retrieve exact info and search for the changed of all
  the files in the root.
  
  Environment:
  Monitor Agent for Unix OS 6.23fp1 on AIX 6.1
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  Set a situation as (Path (Unicode) == '/logs' AND File (Unicode)
  == 'candle.log' AND TIME(Last Changed Time) <
  '#'Local_Time.Timestamp' - 1H') and observe its behavior
  
  Related Files and Output:
  The indicated trace level to observe the issue is ERROR
  (UNIT:KUX07 ALL)
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• UNIX OS agent opens and closes repeatedly a situation with file
  path, name and last updated.
  
  The Last Changed Time does not work in the FileInfo attribute
  group with the function "Compare Time to a Time +/- delta".
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to send all the rows in the path to the
  portal client to use its filter.
