Error description
Reproducing the issue: 1. Go to the Work Order Tracking application and create a new work order. 2. Add a location to the work order and any other required fields. 3. Approve the work order. 4. Go to the Actuals tab and then to the Labor sub tab. 5. Click on New Row, add WILSON to the labor field. 6. Select a start date in the past. 7. In the Premium Pay Code field add OT3. 8. In the Premium Pay Hours field add 4.00. 9. Save the record and notice that the line cost has been updated. 10. From the Select Action Menu, select View Costs. The result is that the costs for the entire work order are displayed with the acurate cost listed for the premium work however the labor hours remain at zero and do not reflect the 4 hours entered.
