IV27936: JEXTRACT DOES NOT ACCEPT SPACE SEPARATED FILENAME ARGUMENT

Error description

• Error Message: I tried running jextract on the dump and the
  first go failed because of the wrong version or because it
  needed -J-Xcompressedrefs, but the retry failed with "Too many
  file arguments: (x86)\Mozilla" so it looks like jextract was
  restarted without quoting the file names. Ideally the arguments
  would be passed as separate argumentsto a ProcessBuilder, not as
  one long command string.

Local fix

Problem summary

• jextract on winamd64 fails to extract dump generated using
  -Xcompressedref when the core file is placed in a directory
  which is space separated or core file name itslef space
  separated
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR12
  7.0.0 SR3
  .
  While retrying arg was not enclosed with quote, adding quote for
  space separated arg
