IV27885: CUSTOMER NEEDS HELP WITH PROPORTIONATE SHARE ENTERED IN CLAUSE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• customer needs help with proportionate share entered in
  clause not showing up reconcilliation schedule.
  
  When lease is revised and proportionate share is modified in the
  clause, this change is not carried over to the Schedule opex/cam
  reconciliation
  
  
  Issue seen when the RE Lease is revised and a clause update is
  made, (ie:the proportionate share percentage is changed) and the
  lease is activated.   The change is not carried forward to the
  'expense breakdown section' within the invoice/contract (under
  >Contracts> payments>All Scheduled Opex/Cam Reconciliation.)
  
  However, when the customer creates a new lease, adds a clause
  and activates the lease, apparently these values are copied over
  ok to the invoice/contract in the 'All Scheduled Opex/Cam
  Reconciliation'.  It only seems to be an issue when the lease is
  revised.
  
  I have attached a customer video (UltaSalon.wmv), showing their
  replication and also screenshots of my own replicaiton on
  support00 lab (Replication_10.2_3/2.doc) where I was seeing the
  same problem when revising the lease.
  
  Would you be able to confirm if the proportionate share update
  should be visible in the reconciliation and if this is an issue?

Problem summary

• When the Proportionate Share value on Lease is modified, it does
  not update the value on Payment Reconciliations.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the issue with proportionate share value on opex/cam
  Reconciliations. Added two new "Refresh OPEX/CAM Details"
  actions on Premise Location section of RE Lease and Services
  Included section of Lease Clause to update the proportionate
  share value on Lease Clause and Reconciliations.
