Local fix

Problem summary

  • On Windows platforms, if the Network Interface description were
to contain Non-ASCI characters like characters with accent, JAVA
    will return question marks instead.

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR12
    6.0.1 SR4
    7.0.0 SR3
    .
According to the Microsoft, MIB_IFROW structure contains Network
Interface description in OEM encoding. Currently Java is
considering the strings in different encoding causing this
problem. Code is fixed to avoid this scenario.
