IV27654: REQUEST CATALOG RECORD IS MISSING ACTIONS AFTER IT IS REVISED

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• Request Catalog record is missing actions after it is revised.
  Noticed that the Admin Group does not have access to triCatalog.
  After is updated to reflect Full Access you can see the actions
  but clicking on Save makes the actions dissapear
  

Local fix

• Running this script is a temporary fix
  
  Update ibs_spec_incl_excl
  set incl_excl_flag= 'I'
  where spec_id=10280694
  and action_label in ('Activate','Retire','Save');
  

Problem summary

• Activate action is now visible after clicking the Save action on
  a Request Catalog record that is in Revision In Progress State.
