Local fix
Problem summary
Multi-instance Agent configuration hangs with a bank dialog box. On 64 bit window systems with ITM 6.2.3 GA and FP1 64 bit agents only (no 32 agent is installed on the system). When config a Multi-instance Agent, the configuration hangs with a blank dialog box.
Problem conclusion
Missing Dojo files in ITM KGL64CMA is the root cause for the bank dialog box. The KGL64CMA component is updated with the Dojo files. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.2.3-TIV-ITM-FP0002 | release | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM
Temporary fix
Install the the Agent Compatibility(AC) component from the corresponding install media (ITM 6.2.3 GA or FP1).
