Local fix

Problem summary

• VerifyError or byte code exceptions can occur when using the
  processor in compiled mode.  This is caused by incorrect locking
  in the compiler when it is generating byte code.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.1 SR4
  6.0.0 SR12
  .
  The compiler has been fixed to correctly synchronize around the
  generation of byte code.
