Local fix

Problem summary

  • Sometimes the method "isUp()" in NetworkInterface.java returns a
    incorrect status on IBM i platform

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR11
    .
    On IBM i platform, getIseriesFlags() is used to get
    NetworkInterface status. getIseriesFlags() searches the
    NetworkInterface according to NetworkInterface name, then check
    the status of the NetworkInterface . If there are more
    NetworkInterfaces with a same name, the search method based on
    NetworkInterface name in getIseriesFlags() can not get the right
    NetworkInterface. So getIseriesFlags() will return incorrect
    status of NetworkInterface.
