APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Starting with SLES 10 SP4, reverse lookups for the site local
  and link local ipv6 addresses are taking a long time. This
  introduces a significant delay when start PA
  

Local fix

• Add entries for all ipv6 addresses in /etc/hosts.
  
  get all the ipv6 addresses with this
  command:
  
  $ ip -6 addr
  
  and add entries for each of those in /etc/hosts. That should
  stop the delay from occurring until the APAR has been
  implemented.
