Error description

• You can get the following error while executing:
  
  POPULATE_OSAGENTS stored procedure in order to populate
  MANAGEDSYSTEMS table:
  
       db2 "call CANDLE.POPULATE_OSAGENTS()"
       SQL0407N  Assignment of a NULL value to a NOT NULL column
       "TBSPACEID=4,TABLEID=23, COLNO=0" is not allowed.
       SQLSTATE=23502
  
  It fails due to a bug in the script that it is not correctly
  filtering NO_DNS_ENTRY.
