IV26391: MULITPLE SHIPPING QUERIES HAVE PERFORMANCE ISSUES

Error description

• We think the reason it is having performance issues is because
  the associated BO My Profile is being used and the Prompt Before
  Query is not checked.
  
  Login as an admin user > Go to My Reports > Click on System
  Reports tab > search for triPeople - Find - Locate People in the
  name column > Open record > In the General tab go to the bottom
  tab section and you will the BO My Profile. This should not be
  there. There is an image file under the people record that can
  be used. I think that the developers couldnt find image in
  triPeople because the name Image is not being used. They are
  using Picture as the name for triImage.
  
  Now go to the Options tab, Prompt Before Query should be
  checked.

Problem summary

• Locate Find feature has performance issues because they return a
  lot of data, should be set to Prompt Before Query by default.
  
  The Locate Find feature now has prompt before query records for
  People, Space, and Asset so it won't return all the records.
  It will enable the user to filter first.
