Problem summary
The problem is caused when a jitted method uses many outlined instruction sequences, causing a resource to leak.
Problem conclusion
This defect will be fixed in: 6.0.0 SR10 5.0.0 SR14 . The jit has been fixed to eliminate the resource leak that was leading to long compile times.
