Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: This has only been seen by users of WebSphere MQ v7.0.x with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1 (x86_64) - Kernel 2.6.32.29-0.3-default (10) however it might occur with any Unix system. Platforms affected: All Unix **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: WebSphere MQ was relying on a call to localtime_r() to set a tzname variable. This is not always set on return from the call.
Problem conclusion
