Error description

  • This APAR is for publishing of a patch that addresses the
    following issue:
    
    The VMware subsystem that VSP uses to analysis packets becomes
    unstable under rare circumstances. When this situation occurs,
    high network  latencies are observed. This issue occur randomly
    on different platform. This patch will help recover from this
    issue.  If your platform is not seeing this issue,  then no
    action is needed.
