Local fix
Problem summary
DEMOS_LICENSE file is of " ASCII English text, with CRLF line terminators" format. Hence CRLF character is converted into <HAT>01M when the file converted from ASCII to EBCDIC.
Problem conclusion
This defect will be fixed in: 7.0.0 SR2 . Converted the file from dos to unix format, so that CRLF character at the end of the each line gets removed. Hence the file converted into EBCDIC format properly.
