IV25339: JOB PLAN(CAL) USER PERFORMS A FILTER ON WORK ASSETS REVISED JOB PLAN WILL BE CREATED WITH ONLY THE FILTERED RECORDS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Job Plan(Cal) if a user performs a filter on Work Assets, and
  does not clear the filter when menu action "Revise Job Plan"
  selected the Revised Job Plan will be created with only the
  filtered records and not the entire record set included the on
  the original Job Plan(Cal).
  
  Tivoli Asset Management Maximo for Calibration version 7.1.2 &
  7.5
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Job Plan(CaL) 7.1.2 or Job Plan 7.5
  2) create new Job Plan- populate jobplan ="testingjb1" -
  "revision 0"
  3) work assets tab -click new row - add asset 1001, new row add
  asset
  1002, new row add asset 1003, new ro add asset 1004
  4) save job plan
  5) change status to active
  6) work assets tab > select filter > filter for asset # 1003
  7) work assets tab displays the result set of the filter
  request from above step 6  - do not clear
  8) select action menu > Revise Job Plan "revision 1"
  9) work assets tab job plan revision 1 - the total # of work
  assets records copied to the newly revised job plan=1 asset
  #1003 which is the filtered record from step #6
  This is not correct all 4 of the work assets should have been
  copied to the revised job plan.
  
  Note: the above functionality can be reproduced on any of the
  filterable
  records ie: Labor, Materials, Services Tools. example below:
  Job Plan(cal)
  1)Labor tab, click new row  enter labor  smith, new row enter
  labor
  wilson, new row enter labor liberi.
  2)filter labor record wilson
  3)select action > Revise Job Plan
  4) Revsied Job  Plan will be created with only wilson's labor
  record
  should be created with all 3 labor records

• Fixed has been made to resolve issue with filter rows not
