Error description

• Clears some large WSDL objects from the cache, when no longer
  needed.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• 1) Symptom:
     --------
  
     When using a large number of process templates in the system
  this can cause
     OutOfMemoryErrors as a big amount of memory is allocated for
  process templates
     even when they are not used at the moment.
  
  2) Problem:
     --------
  
     For every process template information about the services the
  process template
     is using are cached as part of the process template that
  allocate memory
     regardless if the process template or the corresponding
  services are used or not.
  
  3) Solution:
     ---------
  
     This interim fix will free up memory used for storing
  information about used
     services when the free memory becomes low. If the services
  are used later on
     the information will be restored from the original
  information available.
