IV24067: DOCUMENTATION ON USING NCO_PROXYSERV IN FAILOVER NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED TO WORK UNDER PA

  It looks like the documented setup for nco_proxyserv in failover
  using
   nco_pa has not been tested.
  .
  What appears to work is that  in this case  one needs to set
  PROXYP
  props option RemoteServer to  AGG_V and not AGG73. (ie point it
  to
  the VIRTUAL PAIR not the Primary objectserver)
  .
  It  also works if you stop both AGG73(primary objectserver ) and
  PROXYP.

Problem conclusion

• The -Configuring proxy servers for failover- topic has been
  updated to include instructions for configuring high
  availability when the primary proxy server is run under process
  control.
  
  The solution to the problem is to point the primary proxy server
  to the virtual ObjectServer pair AGG_V. When the primary
  ObjectServer fails, events routed through PROXY_P are then sent
  to the backup ObjectServer.
