APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DB push CPU usage to 100% because it have issues with
  inner joins, group by and order by on SQL statements that
  retrieve large amounts of data. Seems like that this DB
  issues have been fixed just by DB which ITNM don't
  support. ITNM will update some reports SQL statements in a way
  to prevent 100% CPU usage

  * Some of the ITNM reports cause DB process to use 100% CPU    *
  * for almost 30 minutes. The root cause of this issue is       *
  * actually on  DB handling complex queries with a large number *
  * of INNER JOINS, GROUP BY AND ORDER BY when database have a   *
  * large data set.                                              *

Problem conclusion

• A set of report queries was changed to prevent this scenario
  where DB process use 100% CPU for a long period of time
