Error description

  • PM does not get reinstated and counter does not get reset

When you are on the work order list screen and attempt the
work orders from the List, the message asking if you want to
reinstate the preventive maintenance record while you are
cancelling the PM work order NEVER appears. (It does if you
select the checkbox next to each work order but not if they are
blank). In this scenario the date on the PM does not get
rolled back (reinstated) and the counter does not get reset.

Tom R agreed to create APAR for this case.
