Error description

• Steps to replicate the issue in Maxdemo database, Maximo 6.2.4:
  
  - Go to Financial > Chart of Accounts
  
  - Select EAGLENA Organization
  
  - Select Action > Financial Periods
  
  - Click New Row button and enter a new Financial Period as the
  following:
  Period = P01
  From = 1/1/12
  To = today's date
  Accounting Close Date = today's date
  Actual Close Date = today's date
  
  - Click OK and Save
  
  - Go to Work Orders > Work Order Tracking
  
  - Bring up any approved Work Order
  
  - Click on Actuals Tab
  
  - From Labor sub-tab, click on New Row button
  
  The issue is:
  At this point, system presents the message "The date is not
  within a valid financial period.".
  It should ask the user to use the next open Financial Period
  instead.
