IV23003: NCP_MODEL & NCP_CONFIG CORE DUMP DURING SHUTDOWN. ALSO, NCP_CTRL, AND NCP_CONFIG CORE ON BUSY SYSTEM.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Looks like a core during shutdown from the stack trace and from
  the logs ncp_config core dump,not sure what triggered it, I only
  kicked
  start full discovery and left it running.
  I left these pages open when the core dump happened:
  - Discovery Status
  - Discovery Configuration
  - A custom page I created (NOCHANGES; it's added to My Startup
  Page of itnmadmin)
  
  Also, ncp_ctrl, and ncp_config core on busy system.
  Configured with 2 ITNM domain.  Brought up processes and ran
  discovery.  Then some processes core dump.

  - ncp_config

Problem conclusion

• Before shutting down ncp_model,  managed status polling thread
  stopped to prevent ncp_model core.
  To resolve ncp_config core, close connections before DiscoConfig
  goes out of scope.
  ncp_ctrl core dump was during a failure in communication.
  ncp_config core dump was caused by a connection being closed .
