Missing delimiter in the email template will caused for email transition failure.

Problem summary
The email notification template code was failing to handle the situation where a variable was not correctly terminated with a semi-colon. This caused it to infinitely loop and block all email notifications.
Problem conclusion
The code was changed to handle incorrectly terminated variables. This fix is expected to be available in v7.5.0.3
