Error description

• When AS-REP returns with AES type, the JGSS decryption sometimes
  failed with "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Bad key size;
  expected size 16, actual size 8".

Local fix

• Level 3 to update
  

Problem summary

• When AS-REP returns with AES type, the JGSS decryption sometimes
  failed with "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Bad key size;

Problem conclusion

• The exception will not be thrown, the AS-REP reply will be
  decrypted successfully.
