  "BMXAA4407E - A nested exception caused the workflow process to
  fail"

  The issue occurs when the ID of the record being routed for
  workflow
  exceeds the value 2147483647.
  
  The java language is only able to store values up to this amount
  and any
  Maximo code which uses ID's needs to treat the ID using the
  java long primitive type which is able to store much larger
  values.
