IV19938: NETWORK TREES DO NOT EXPAND

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When opening the network tree in networks and hosts, the tree
  does not open. If you right click, and 'edit' the tree, you can
  go back, but only open a small document icon.
  
  We observed that if the host count is low, this does not happen.
  If the host count is high, it does.

  * When using the Network and Hosts view, with many Hosts,
  * some subnetwork trees may not expand and cause
