Problem summary


    

  • The problem occurs when invoking a MethodHandle created using
MethodHandle.asSpreader(Class) which attempts to spread a
primitive array.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
7.0.0 SR1
.
The JVM has been modified to use the correct array class when
handling primitives in SpreadHelper.helper().
