I quized L3 and they indicated the following: "I think that we actually need to fix the policy name to be ciscoMemoryPoll instead of ciscoMemoryPool on XML file. Looks like that a typo was done at policies.xml file. " ITNM IP Level 3 L3 agreed to an APAR to change the poll policy name from ciscoMemoryPool to ciscoMemoryPoll.

Problem conclusion
When using the tools file it will launch report using the correct poll definition and it will have data.
