org.apache.xerces.jaxp.datatype.AbstractDurationImpl.add in IBM
JREs - works in other JREs. This can be reproduced in simple
standalone Java class.

containing a year component but no day component.

IBM JVM has been updated to prevent NPE from occurring while
making a call to javax.xml.datatype.Duration.add
