  Added RAS tracing to PCKS#11 JNI code jpkcs11.c
  To turn on/off trace, issue the following:
  
  export HJV_PKCS11_TRACE=ON
  export HJV_PKCS11_TRACE=OFF
  
  The following were done in the code:
  - Added trace to most of the functions' entry and exit points;
  - Added trace to print out some functions' input parameters;
  - Added trace to print out return values for some functions that
    are traced and have meaningful output value;
  - Added trace to all calls to CALLSYNC to print out input
    parameters;
  - Added trace to some calls to CALLSYNC to print out return
    values.
