Local fix

• Disable IFA support using -Xifa:off
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when the native finalizer thread detaches
  from the JVM and the JVM attempts to access the native thread
  internally to disable IFA
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR14
  6.0.0 SR11
  6.0.1 SR2
  7.0.0 SR2
  .
  The JVM has been updated to cache the native thread details
  before detach.
