Error description

• When inferring CE devices, due to overlapping IP addresses, the
  RemoveInferredCEDuplicates stitcher deleted valid entities in
  order to replace them with inferred CE entities. The stitcher
  needs some minor modifications so it doesn't do this.
  
  The query assumes it is looking for "no access" main nodes but
  doesn't specify that it is a main node and so
  can get a VLAN object or similar no access entity on a device
  which does have SNMP access.
  This causes the stitcher to later delete the device. The initial
  query should also check the entity type.

Problem conclusion
