Problem summary

  • A Java7 feature introduced a codepath whereby the rootKind value
    was not set.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    7.0.0 SR1
    6.0.1 SR1
    .
    The JVM has been updated to set the rootKind appropriately.

    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20111006 or later
