Closed as program error.
Error description
The customer has an agent instance configured to migrate 100000 rows but the database has less than 100000 rows when this was configured. The agent tries to migrate the data for the timestamp when the configuration changed and it will just update the timestamp when there are 100000 rows. In this scenario this will never happen and the agent will get stuck on a query that never returns data. Recreation scenario: 1)verify how much data is on table polldata 2)configure the agent to migrate more rows than polldata count 3)restart the agent instance 4)verify that table getpolldataLog will not update timestamp
Local fix
stop the agent and run delete from getPollDataLog; Start the agent

Problem conclusion
The migration rows parameters was more than the amount of rows at polldata table and the agent will never get new data because the timestamp used on query is updated when total amount of rows is transferred
